There are loads of things you can do to help Cut Out bullying. The first thing everyone can do is take a stand against it. Don’t tolerate bullying when you see it. Don’t join in or laugh just because others are doing it, be brave enough to take action. You can be direct and challenge bullying when you see it, but if you don’t feel that you can do that, you mustn’t just ignore it. Report it! Whether it’s online or in school, or in the community, tell someone and report it!

Be a good role model. Encourage, support, and include those who you feel might be being bullied, picked on, or left out of activities. Campaign against it! Make your voice heard. Tell people what you think – why not talk to your school council. Set up an anti-bullying charter in school, and come up with guidelines to help other young people keep safe in school.
